Even in a feminist society, men still carry the weight of expectation. At Real Talk Therapy, I've create a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on. My therapeutic approach isn’t about fixing you. It’s about giving you space to talk things through with someone who isn’t there to judge or lecture you.
I have deep respect for men who take the step to look inward, and I’m especially honored to support veterans who may be carrying experiences that others don’t fully understand.
This is a place where you don’t have to censor the “man stuff.” You don’t have to apologize for being angry, tired, ambitious, guarded, sexual, blunt, confused, shut down—or whatever else you might be feeling.
You get to bring your full self into the room. And that’s exactly where we’ll start.
